This seminar will talk about important tips to successfully find a job, including differences in the timing for recruitment, salary systems, the significance of holding tenure at an individual company, and the importance of knowing the Japanese language. In addition, the various skills and capabilities the industry expects of Ph.D. graduates will be discussed. Non-Japanese Ph.D. candidates or post-doctoral fellows looking for information to increase their chances at landing their dream job are encouraged to join.
